Takealot holding consumers ransom

As a follow up on my previous review of ‘False Advertising’. I decided to then spend the rest of my voucher again ordering fool proof stock of a bottle of Hope on Hopkins gin as well as a bottle of Dalwhinnie 15 year old. Again no stock of the product and blamed on the merchants Bottleshop.co.za and ‘Chilli Direct’ this is not my issue as I deal with Takealot. They will not refund my money so I can spend it at a company that will provide a service offered. I am being held ransom by the organization and am at a loss. Do not use their ‘service’ it’s a joke
