Takealot hiding behind "sellers"

Takealot took my money ... delivered wrong item and delayed to exchange ... wastefull trips to drop-off center. 2 weeks later Takealot says the "seller" no longer has the item but another seller still has same item on Takealot. So? I bought from Takealot not some "seller". Takealo must deliver for the money received
