Takealot hiding behind clauses and willing to discuss

I purchased memory from Takealot, and after a few months, my computer developed intermittent issues, eventually failing to boot. A technician diagnosed the fault as the memory.

When I attempted to claim the warranty, I was informed it had expired just three weeks prior. However, the issue started well within the warranty period. I requested to escalate the matter to a senior representative, but despite following up, I have yet to receive a response. I still have the original packaging for the memory as I was unsure of it’s efficiency
