Takealot hides negative product reviews from customers

Takealot inflates review scores by filtering out negative product ratings. I have recently discovered that a number of the negative reviews I have written are nowhere to be seen on the website, even though I can see on my personal profile that they have definitely been saved. Meanwhile all the positive reviews display just fine. Takealot appears to filter reviews to only show positive ratings while rejecting negative scores, presumably to inflate the desirability of products. I find this extremely *********.
