Phoned re. an order not listed, order and delivery confirmed telephonically, I asked why I was not able to track or see the order on my profile (perhaps I was doing something wrong), the individual could not assist, all answers were "I am not sure", I requested to be transferred to someone who would be able to assist, and well.....I was just cut off, no transfer to anyone else; end of call.
