Takealot Help Center Poor very Poor

Takealot Delivery and Customer service are very poor, customer service is worse , I spent whole day at home but driver never showed up only to see on tracking saying recipient wasn't there to receive parcel , no calls , where I stay there is salon on front open all day the driver couldn't even ask there if he didn't want to call.

Not to find someone to talk to from Takealot help service is bigger issue, there is a tab says chat to us but all you find there is a helpless automated robot no live agent. On their site no number to call no WhatsApp service like other companies , you have to fill email form which takes forever to be responded or even never..

I feel bad because I paid heavy on next day delivery.

Very bad service and unexpected from a bigger establishment like Takealot.
