Takealot Headboard

I am so livid with Takealot service, been contacting them on a daily since the 3/Dec/2022 about a delivery that was scheduled to be delivered to me. Sent emails, direct messages, phoned their branches around CPT, called their customer service number and they have been apologizing but everyday they fail to deliver. One day they told me the delivery guy was on his way to me, I was told this by Sibusiso S from their contact centre, another lady told me that the driver was in Blouberg and will be delivering to me, and this was last week already. They fail to deliver within 8km radius, such incompetency. Everyday I call them and they tell me they will prioritize my delivery and send it on that day before COB but still not deliver. Other days they tell me that the order was not scheduled for delivery...HOW??? When I have been calling every single day and writing emails about this particular delivery. I AM SO ****ED AND FRUSTRATED by their *********** stuff and bad service they have provided me. Tried to meet them half way and ordered a bakkie to go collect at the warehouse and they refused, asked them to at least send it to Richmond Park Pickup Point so I can go collect it myself, and they failed to so. Won't ever buy from them, and I advice people to start buying from other companies as they are reliable and trustworthy.

Last week I decided to buy a new Headboard on Snatcher and already my delivery is scheduled to be delivered this week, I bet that I will get that headboard first than the one I ordered on takealot.com on the 21/11/2022. BAD BAD SERVICE from TAKEALOT.com and it's team
