Takealot have shocking customer service!!!

I am totally shocked at the lack of customer service.

Takealot delivered the incorrect item. No-one calls you. They pass the open ticket amongst any call agent on shift. They ask the same questions. No-one wants to take ownership and resolve the call. Been bounced around for over a week.

I have never had a problem before, but what a bunch of clowns. So funny that the 5 x bottles of Sparkling Wine went missing.
