Takealot hates suppliers.

Takelot has got no idea how to treat their suppliers. Every time I go to drop products off at the DC’s there’s always an issue. You go out of your way to make sure that you have everything in order just for one of the employees to tell you it’s wrong. For instance you print the Takealot barcode for the order and you put it on your product and fine they accept it, the next time you go, you get told that they won’t accept the product because Takealot’s barcode isn’t covering the manufacturer barcode on the product, so you go out of your way to cover them and the next time they don’t even check. You go to the next DC to drop off the bigger products (DC3 JHB) You have 2 products on your pallet so you go to the express lane, nobody is in sight so you sit and wait for 30 minutes for someone to pitch up, then the security comes to tell you that you must go to the other side where they’re offloading the trucks. The next time you go to DC3 you get stopped by security and they tell you that you need a high visibility vest to go inside but nobody tells you before hand that the rules have changed so you have to make it your problem to go find one and spend your money buying one off of the drivers, just to make sure that your products get booked in and you don’t get banned. Honestly Amazon is going to give this company a run for their money because all you do is box your product and put a label on the box, the courier comes to collect it and the product is on its way. No Bull S#&t rules that keep changing and nobody gets informed of.
