TAKEALOT hassles cancelling an order

made an order for cash delivery on takealot web site delivery was scheduled for two days ahead next days spent 3 hours on takealot web site trying to cancel order order was delivered to my gate - i refused to accept delivery

Please note i have sent countless emails complaing that orders cannot be cancelled as per 'help' takealot web page instructions I have not been engaged at all regarding this complaint. What this non-engagement does is makes cancelling a order with takelot more stressful than it should be and creates a lot of frustration, negativity and mistrust. I will no longer be using takealot services until this is rectified.

order was cancelled 0n 31st May a full 5 days after trying to force me to accept delivery. Do not provide email addresses Telephone numbers are not helpful if a message is left no online chat support facilities
