Takealot has ungodly service

Bought an inverter 6 months ago at Takealot and it failed to now keep the tv and sound bar on for even 30 minutes. Logged a return and they collected on the 9th of October. To date whenever I follow up I am told that’s it’s with the supplier for valuation. I stay in the dark when it’s load shedding but I’ve bought an inverter. They take their own sweet time to even respond to emails.
