Takealot has the worst service ever

<p>I have never experienced such incompetency in my life the customer service agent are useless and do not understand the meaning of customer centric. </p> <p>They contradict themselves and do not know how to be honest in their dealings. </p> <p> </p> <p>They incorrectly sold me a incorrect edition and instead of acknowledging the error they made, all they busy saying is that they apologize. I don't want their apology. </p> <p> </p> <p>They do do not have the book they should just give me money back. I have no use for the book that they gave me. </p>
