Takealot has the worst delivery “service”

Takealot’s delivery has gone to sh**. There’s zero professionalism. I stopped using this method after many hassles, but was forced to use it when I purchased a tv. As usual, the delivery team messed up. They delivered my tv with a neighbour and went on their merry way. I’ve written a complaint to Takealot about this, but they didn’t bother to respond.
