Takealot has the worst Costumer Service

I bought a carpet on Takealot.com and the carpet is not even a year old and is tearing. I'm very disappointed in the quality and the fact that no one comes back after I've mailed them. I also mailed the company Lush Living and no one comes back to me. Note I've mailed them back a month. I am so disappointed in the costumer service I am getting.
