Takealot has taken my money for things i haven't received.

I ordered a tv box from takealot and my deliver was scheduled for 02/04/2024. To my surprise when i check the app i see that it says delivered and sign by me. That time i am at work. I was never contacted by driver or anyone from them. I called them ever since that day. The only thing i get its the same story that they still busy looking at the matter. I am very upset because i already paid for the item but nothing is being done.
