Takealot has taken a turn for the worst

Takealot has really taken a turn for the worst, ordered a new item got a second hand item delivered, return it for a refund waited a week got message that they are sending a replacement, ask for refund. Called them back to cancel replacement, now they tell me cannot cancel it until it has be sent to me again…..which means 1 more week to send item 1 week to return again and so it goes on……….wonder when I will get my refund????? Such bad customer service……
