Takealot has suddenly disintegrated and ceased to be a viable online shopping business

After many years of patronage it seems Takealot service has completely collapsed, with my expensive order 7 3 2 1 2 3 3 3 unfortunately in transit during the crisis. I have entered three tickets and three additional emails to everyone at Takealot without success. My appliance just needed a brush replaced but the warranty forbids that I do it myself, so I sent it in. Now the item is gone, the credit is completely insufficient to replace it, and the moment you identify a replacement product it disappears from inventory. After 3 weeks of struggling while my home suffers without the appliance, it is clear Takealot cannot repair, cannot replace, cannot find the ***** at Dispatch, cannot deliver, and refuses to reply to queries. In other words, Takealot has ceased to be a viable business. It was a great appliance until I trusted current management to take it back for repairs like in the old day. It is the service, not the products, that has disintegrated overnight. I require my money back to go buy somewhere else in future after 2 decades of patronage. Then I will delete this complaint and never think about Takealot again, it is sadly gone.
