Takealot has slow delivery times

So I've ordered from the Takealot website a week ago - and I must admit they are still in their said lead-time - but I noticed it has not been shipped from Cape Town yet. And I can only come to the conclusion their 6-8 working days will not be met. What is funny is that on the same day, I've ordered two other products from overseas (China and US) through banggood.com and shop.technopro.co.za, and one shipment arrived 4 days ago and the other today. Trust me, I will from now on only use these two suppliers. I could also not find Takealot's Customer Care contact details on their site - says a lot!
