TAKEALOT HAS SHOCKING SERVICE

Sent my AirPods back as they werent working so well, they have not kept me up to date with what is happening so I had to follow up myself and they said that it got back from the Merchant so they could check what was wrong with the item but I have them on find my iPhone and they did not leave the takealot warehouse. I am supposed to be getting them back soon via courier and they wont be fixed as they have not left the warehouse, super disapointed at the entire experience. Will definitely think again before ordering. RATHER GO DIRECTLY TO THE SOURCE NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE DEAL IS AS THE AFTER SALES SERVICE IS SHOCKING
