Takealot has ******* delivery service. Run away

I have ordered several item from takealot and had everything scheduled to be delivered on the same day. The whole day I had to wait at my business as I was told the broad time of 8 to 5 delivery so I could not go out to see clients, only for the parcel not to be delivered so I phoned takealot to find they are full of apologies but no solutions and rescheduled for tomorrow so again had to delay client meetings so I would be in the office for delivery. I then received emails that night saying parcels could not be delivered due to no one being there to collect really ****ed me off to put the blame on me with there ****py automated system. The following day arrives and no parcel arrives I phoned to find my parcel is at the back of the courier schedule and again will not be delivered to me again and only being told this at 3pm after I again having to make the call to find this out and wasting my day and business. Now I have to reschedule another day of business. Takealot need to be exposed as the ****py company they are as this dont fly with amazon. Rather wait a longer time and get it on amazon as there parcels arrive on the times they state at least. Cheers Takealot, yet another company thriving on the monopoly of being the only major online seller and getting away with extremely poor aftermarket service
