TakeAlot has poor service delivery

I made an order on a laptop from TakeAlot on the 16th which was supposed to be delivered the next Wednesday. Yet till this day it hasn't been delivered and I've have made a complaint to them as they haven't resolved my issue...

This is really bad service for a company that proclaims that they are good at delivering
