Takealot has Pathetic Service

So i ordered something one takealot and i wanted to cancel the order. They told me that i have to wait for the out for delivery sms and then i must email to cancel so i did and they told me the package is already delivered and my wife signed i phoned my wife and she has not received anything so they falsely used my wife's name to say it has been delivered which is against the law and she wants to take further steps and this is day 2 and still trying to sort out the problem and get a refund, but all they keep telling me is they will escalate the problem since yesterday now
