takealot has not refunded my money

I purchased a vacuum mop from Takealot, I was unhappy with the product and had it returned. I was asked if i would like my Takealot account credited or if I would like a refund instead of which i requested the refund. I have still not received my R2000 refund, it has been 2 months since.
