Takealot has no Support just try contack them.

Hi A warning to everyone. I had to try use the Takealot support (oxy*****) when they ship me two packages for a order I made, and the experience was really bad.

There is no easy way to contact anyone from takealot and I tried all available processes, return process, contact form, and finally managed to find a phone number to call. They always say they will get back to you but never do.

What happened was I ordered two items and I then received two packages as normal all fully sealed and labeled so the delivery guy rode off into the sunset. On opening the packages the one was fine but the other one was completely empty, not even the usual brown paper inside.

I tried the return missing item process and they requested the box back, this was a ploy and eventually they just closed the ticked and now this process is blocked. I put in a bad review and they just reject it and delete it.

I have tried for three weeks with no luck and believe they use there size to not help.

My advice is if the box feels empty or wrong video the process of opening the box because now I have no way of proving my case, they took the empty box back as a return so the box is also now gone.
