Takealot has NO protection for its sellers.

Please don't get me wrong, Takealot is a great selling portal but without doubt the worst when it comes to customer returns and objections. There is NO protection or support for the sellers what so ever. It is one-sided and only the buyers are protected. This can and I am sure has cost small business' like myself a fortune which is extremely hard to recuperate and make back. Then you try and use their online support system and for 2 weeks now all O have got as a reply is " we are extremely busy and will get back to you within 48 hours". 2 weeks later and I am still no closer to resolving my issues. Is there anyway of escalating this by phone and speaking to someone senior?
