Takealot has no idea what customer service means

Shocking shocking service!!! I tried to change a delivery address for an order I had done 2 hours before which you would think would be easy enough, but apparently no-one can help, no-one wants to help and no-one actually gives a flying f^k. Then they send me an email telling me they are passionate about their customers and can I rate the service I got - that's a joke, they shouldn't even know how to spell customer service because there is none. It's very clear from all the reviews on this platform just how much Takealot sucks!
