TAKEALOT has NO IDEA of what customer service means

I placed an order with takealot.com on the 23rd of August and the said delivery will be within 5 days, I tracked my order and they tell it will delayed until the 7th September 2022 because they are awaiting stock on ONE of the items.

I have sent numerous emails for them to ship the available goods so long because one of the items ordered is a birthday gift for one of my children but NOONE even bothers to respond to my email and their call center is utterly useless.

This was the LAST time I order anything from them and I have been seeing POOR service deliver from them for a while now but this was their final straw.
