TAKEALOT HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered 6 items on special on the 8th of January, for R724. On the 14th of January 5 of the 6 items were canceled. The reason given, supplier out of stock. When I proved it was infact not out of stock, the reason given was incorrect pricing. I have recieved a partial refund to my wallet of R595. Item number 6 has been shipped as per takealot app, and has not been refunded or canceled. I have dealt with 13 individuals at takealot via email since the 15th of January. No one can help resolve a simple issue, which i will now be referring to the ombudsman.
