Takealot has no call centre to address issues

I bought a TV from Takealot 2 weeks ago for R10999 on special. It is now R9999 on special. I want a refund of the difference or to return it so that they will ship me a new one at the lower price. Obviously it makes financial sense to just do the R1000 refund. I logged a return asking them to contact me but the return is automated and scheduled for tomorrow. I tried to call their call centre but that does not exist any more and after selecting an open the line goes silent and nobody ever answers. I am wondering how Takealot is still a going concern with prices typically higher than retail stores, a slow deliver cycle of at least 2 days and service that has become this poor.
