Takealot has ****** my money and I am getting NO feedback on my order!

So, Takealot managed for the upteenth time to ***** up my order. My order (Order number: ***) was supposed to be delivered Thursday (27 Feb), I got an SMS saying that it was out for delivery Friday, only for it NOT to arrive, with no communication whatsoever, and when I checked the tracker for my order yesterday morning, it said my order was delivered on Friday just after 6pm. I call Takealot twice, and they say no, the items in my order was checked back into the warehouse. They will "escalate". My order tracker still says my order was delivered on Friday. So, my only assumption now is that my order was ****** or lost along the way, and Takealot doesn't want to give me a straight answer on this matter, because I am getting NO feedback whatsoever. And, I have paid more than R8 000 for this order. Items which I needed this weekend, was not delivered. I would have bought these items elsewhere if I knew Takealot would not deliver by Thursday as promised. Takealot has ****** my money and nobody is answering my queries?! Whatever the outcome here, I will never order a single item from Takealot again, after years of being a loyal customer.
