Takealot has lost the plot

Takealot has lost the plot. Ordered stuff on the 26 June,stuff was delivered in dribs and drabs,now I have a missing item and have been emailing them non stop,but have had zero response.today is 10th July no missing item and still no response poor service. I will never shop at takealot again. Very disappointed 😞
