Takealot has lost our mobiles and now ghosted us
We bought mobile phones in Dec 2025 and by early Jan 2026 the batteries could not hold charge. We returned the mobiles to Takealot Durban only to hear they could not repair/replace as defect was due to wear and tear - not sure how batteries not working is due to wear and tear after a few weeks.
We then went to collect the mobiles to be told they have been sent to us and a DSD awb was provided. Upon checking this awb is non existant and seems our mobile have vanished and takealot have ghosted us
This is beyond bad service
