Takealot has lost its pride in customer service.

Takealot is going down the drain. The customer service lately is so bad. I Recently Bought online a Galaxy A12 Screen Protector Guard Tempered Glass Pack of 2. Received the package and there was no damage to the box. I took out the first screen protector and it was fine, i app**** it to my daughters phone. When i took out the second protector i saw that it has three cracks on the screen. I logged a refund and explained that the one i used the other one is broken.

Now takealot does not want to replace the one due the use of the other one on my daughters phone. How crazy is this.

I am so disappointed in takealot. I am a regular spender but I think this was my last purchase by them.

You are robbing your customers with your broken items. Look at the list here on hellopeter of the same issues. Do you not have any pride.
