Takealot has lost a loyal client.

From the best to the worst service delivery in just under a year. I was a client of Takealot when they were still Take2. I was ALWAYS impressed with prompt service and a quick answer with a solution. But this past year has proven that Takealot has lost the vision of "satisfied customer service delivery". I tried to cancel an order after I was informed via e-mail that an item was not available for delivery. So immediately I tried to phone. Where the first time the call was cancelled from their side, then declined, third time was with Sisipho Mayaba that stated I am not allowed to cancel my order now. I had to wait till it is shipped. I asked to speak to her manager and was informed that she is not able to do so as she is working from home and her manager was not around. (WORST customer service I EVER received) I put the phone down and call again as I have not been helped yet. Nombulelo Ntsepe tries to help but the manager is , as you can guess, unavailable and still the order can not be cancelled. The BEST service they can deliver is send a mail, to whom is still unclear as this person has not responded (As I typed the phone rang from them, I answered and was greeted by a phone being put down in my ear after 2 rings) Seems as it is from Takealot Deliveries. So as I see it. 2 telephone calls and 2 requests submitted to cancel an order is enough. The problem is now to get reimbursed on the order they can not cancel.
