Takealot has let me down

I am a victim of takealot *****. I was given a Takealot voucher for R 1500. I spent about R 1000 but before I was able to use the balance someone ordered MTN vouchers for R 510 using my account. Why is there a security bridge? All attempts to phone Takealot has been fruitless. Not acceptable.
