Takealot has hit an all time low!

I have ALWAYS been happy with Takealot until I placed my first order in January. Every order that I have placed thus far, has been a mess. From dates to where my order get lost in transit to where it states there is stock but a 2 week waiting period. My dog food, that I ordered the 18th January, showed yesterday (25th Jan) its out for delivery! This morning it shows NOT YET SHIPPED. I am out of dog food that's why I order my stuff early. What's going on with you guys at Takealot??
