Takealot has gone down the drain, terrible offering.

I ordered and paid for items 5 March. They were meant to be delivered 3 days after but the delivery date keeps being moved out. What's frustrating is that I am getting no explanations, I just see the dates moving out constantly. Takealot is a ****py service, they've gone down the drain. Can someone please tell me what's the issue with my orders.
