Takealot has *****ed up my order, and not for the first time either

I placed an order, which was scheduled for yesterday. Items were shown as In Stock JHB. Yesterday the order tracker tells me the order is rescheduled for today. This morning I check again, and the order is rescheduled yet again, but back to YESTERDAY! To date, I have still not received this order. Takealot delivery is really poor.
