Takealot has cancelled my order 2 weeks after order is made and paid for!! This is very poor service delivery!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered two fridges on Takealot 2 weeks ago (13 days) and delivery was supposed to be this coming Wednesday and now I received an email that the order has been cancelled due to stock. This is bull**** as I wanted to buy the fridges elsewhere but Takealot had a bigger special on them than the other supplier and I decided to buy the special with Takealot. Originally waiting almost 3 weeks for delivery with Takealot against 4 business days with the other supplier seemed doable because Takealot had a bigger special.

Now 2 weeks later, Takealot informs me that the order is cancelled and I have to buy from another supplier which do not have the special anymore. This is very bad from Takealot as I now have to wait another week for delivery and and have to pay full price as the special is over. Takealot could have let me know well in advance that they are out of stock and I could have bought it from another supplier and maybe already have had the fridges.

This is very poor service from Takealot and I will most definitely think twice when ordering from them!!!!!!!!
