Takealot has broken trust and not dealing ethically.

The wheels are really coming off with Takealot. I got a return and replace decline because of a reason: "Decline Reason: Warranty expired 22-11-2023" (read the date again)

They shipped the incorrect item to me (a much smaller item than what I ordered and paid for) and they are bluntly refusing to replace the incorrect item with the correct one - stating various reasons, including no stock being available yet their website clearly states stock of the item I purchased is still available.

The trust-relationship has been broken by Takelot.
