Takealot has become pretty useless

Oh my word! I have used Takealot for years with only a few minor hiccups. I don't know what is going on over there, but they stole or lost or ate or threw away over half of my latest order! The call centre is useless. They just keep on repeating the same rhyme over and over. They are clearly not willing or able to solve a problem! It is a pity that yet another business is employing people who clearly take no responsibility for their job and who are not committed to good customer service at all. I want to support local businesses, but this sort of conduct makes it impossible. Amazon is going to shut them down if they keep on with this nonchalant attitude. This will be my last Takealot order. Pity.
