Takealot has become past usless

After almost waiting a month for my delivery, I get a package where everything is just thrown in, the safety boxes and holders are laying lose in tha package, and to top it all off they sent the wrong thing advertised for k1c yet its for a k1 only. And I will never trust takealots reviews cause they decline reviews that are negative. This is by far the worst place to buy on. Takealot you have lost a client that bought on a weekly base and after the last 2 deliveries being a problem and having similar problems this year. By far the worst customer support and there is clearly no QC checks done at takealot as long as you have everyone's money you dont care about your clients. This is disgusting and should actually be some form of ******* activity not giving what people pay for and not giving a dam about your clients.
