Takealot has become a frustration

On 04 Dec, I ordered a PS4 game from Takealot, which was in stock in Jhb and CT. On 07 Dec, they delivered my order, but they delivered a camera flash instead of a PS4 game. This camera flash was returned, Takealot collected it on Monday morning (10 Dec). Today, 12 Dec, my account is still showing scheduled for collection. This is a huge frustration and I want my account credited immediately. Phoning Takealot and talking to them via Facebook does not seem to help. The service levels from them have decreased over the years.
