Takealot has become a clown show

Takealot are useless these days!! I have ordered and payed for items on 29 Jan 2021. Takealot said my parcel was delivered on 2 Feb 2021 which wasn't the case. I've never received anything the parcel im still waiting but according to Takealot the parcel was delivered. Takealot are ***** and *******. I've phone Takealot today at 11h30 to bring it under their attention Rhoda Williams from Takealot said they wil investigate immediately and blamed the 2 Star Courier company Fast & Furious Couriers for this drama. At 14h51 i sent Rhoda a email to find out if their is any updates on my missing parcel and apparently the courier didn't give them any response, No refunds no product this is unacceptable. KIM REED must fall i blame him. Useless CEO = Useless Operations. Takealot has become a clown show with every second order i place i encounter some problems. I want my money or my goods before Friday if i dont receive my goods i will personally open a ***** case against these clowns.
