TAKEALOT HAS BECOME A *****

So i bought a DYI longfill vape juice. I accidently ordered the Longfill instead of the normal 15ml. When i got the product returned it as is not even opening the packaging. Got a mail stating that my refund has been denied due to the product being used. They dont even know their own products. But that is besides the point. I mail them back stating to look into it again as the product has not been used. They give you 30 days to accept the return of the product back to me. Its been 4days without any response from the person who stated the return is not valid. I have asked seniors to contact me management to contact me no one is even trying to get hold of them. I have even mailed their legal department. I think that is one of the sole reasons why they got rid of telephones so that when people mail them they can just ignore it. I am lodging a complaint with the ombudman and have started speaking with my lawyer to get that free holiday i deserve.
