Takealot Has Bad Customer Service

I have ordered 3 Items from Takealot on 24 November 2023. the delivery date as per the App was 01 December 2023. Today is 02 December 2023. I called takealot to find out why my items have not been delivered...

They advised that there was a delay on one Item, so I asked them if they can split the order, as my kids urgently need the one Item... they explained that they cannot assist me, as they awaiting for everything to be delivered.

I was furious with the lack of customer service I got from this call center, who advised me that I have no option but to wait till they have the order Ready and that they cannot split this order.

I must say they have the most pathetic customer service desk, who was totally unhelpful... Please learn from Amazon, even AliExpress is better than you.
