takealot has a sucky suck a by

i ordered a phone through takealot its not due till friday but this is where the complaint comes in

i contacted takealot to please advise me on what will happen to my order because of restrictions put in place due to lock down

ii was contacted with message that seems it is either a bot with an auto response

"fine" i get it

but to tell me they will get back to me on what is the situation is with my order by just sending me the same reponse again today is very sad and pathetic

all i wanted to know is what the best possible time there will be for my purchase so that i can make olqns and move in with my life

no your ppl are so used to taking chances

would be wonderfulk if you guys want me rather to self collect then all you have to do is say so - my comoany has only one driver and he gets more done in half a day than the 20 ppl you have

im sorry for making a scene bu money is money

and R3200 is no actualy small change
