Takealot has a problem

I think Takealot has a serious packaging problem and quality problem it seems as well, besides the point i used to do all my Christmas shopping with them and in between gift shopping ext i basically stopped due to poor quality, but recently i started again but every time i order one of i my items is completely different to what i ordered, not too long ago tattoo ink , they sent me some plastic protection lubricant, okay fine had to load a return now again instead of a foot pedal i get foot stickers i mean its just ridiculous, i loaded a return stipulated i want the correct item but they refunded my account without even informing me so when i reorder i have to pay courier again , oh hell no Takealot seriously, u need to do better
