Takealot has a lot of inconveniences

These guys are so stressful. I placed an order on 10 August for next day collection and they claimed my ozow payment was delayed yet ozow confirms payments instant. I waited for them to finally confirm my payment on 13 August and they assured me that my order would be ready for collection on 15 August. Till now, there is nothing nomatter how many times I call and follow up on my order, they just tell me to wait for the email.
