Takealot, hard work to do business with them.
Terrible experience so far with order ********** 5, trying to get it cancelled, the parcel is STILL IN KEMPTON, fighting for two days now trying to get them to just scan it back as was advised by the first agent.
Second, and third agents say parcel has to first be SHIPPED to me and RETURNED back to cancel and my Takealot account credited...
Obviously they don't want to shlep with the admin required.
Fix your life, Takealot.

02 May 2018, 10:48A week ago I bought some trainer shoes I urgently needed, the wrong shoes were delivered, in the right box, I'm not sure what organizational changes are occurring over at Takealot, but it sure is showing.
I've lost R300 because those shoes were actually worth less than the items purchased.
So far I've gone into a R300 deficit buying from Takealot...
